Information Collection and Use
Capstone Student Legislature, Inc. (Capstone) is the sole owner of the information collected on this site or in connection with our program. We will not sell, or rent this information to others.

Security
Capstone and this website take what we consider reasonable precautions to protect our users’ information.

Waiver and Release of Claims

Each participant in any program offered by Capstone hereby waives and releases any and all actual and/or potential claims against Capstone or its officers, directors, employees, or volunteers which may be based on or related to the violation of privacy principles. Any parent or guardian of a participant in any Capstone program hereby indemnifies Capstone and the foregoing parties and entities for any such claims asserted by the child or student of such parent or guardian.

Media Authorization

All participants of the Capstone and Stonesetters Student Legislature programs must sign a media release policy that is sent out with students’ acceptance letters. Participant images may be used for promotional purposes.
